The Perytons™ Traffic Generator Add-On enhances existing active Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer basic licenses and enables the following additional features:
1. Edit, add, duplicate, delete and modify messages
2. Save a single message as template (to use for future edited messages) or modified messages into a 'modified' capture file (.ANL) or a message templates file (.MTPL)
3. Generate traffic based on pre-defined .ANL files (either originally captured or modified files) and/or from a Script
4. Distinguish between traffic generator and system under test messages while in real-time capture, and mark the messages in the different views accordingly for easy recognition
The Perytons™ Traffic Generator
Add-On does not require installation of an external SW but just a proper
activation code which is received from Perytons when purchasing
it.
Note: The Peryton-TG Add-On can run on top of any of the
Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer models if a relevant supporting front-end is used
for transmission.
When having the Perytons™ Traffic Generator Add-On active on your license (this can be seen by the addition of the text ‘Traffic-Gen’ in the license model name shown on the main window title), the following options become active:
