The following options become active if the Peryton-Traffic Generator Add-On is enabled and when pointing on a message and right-clicking with the mouse on it:
•Restore Message Default Values
If a selected message has been edited or changed by the user, clicking on this option will returned the message values to its original ones. See more details in chapter V.1.
•Duplicate Messages
Duplicate a selected message/s. Such message/s can be edited and saved to a file for over-the-air transmission. See more details in chapter V.1.
•Save Message As Template
Save the selected message as a Message Template to be used when manually adding a new message using the Peryton-Traffic Generator Add-On. See more details in chapter V.1.
•New Message From Template
Load a Message Template/s based on which new message/s can be created and placed in the Message View main tab. Such message/s can be edited and saved to a file for over-the-air transmission. See more details in chapter V.1.
•Export Selected Messages
Selected messages can be exported to external files for additional analysis of choice:
o 'Export to Delimited File' -
Export all selected
messages fields to a delimited file for offline analysis by an external tool -
e.g. Excel
Note: Since profile fields are non-unique in nature,
they will not be exported to the delimited file.
o 'Export to XML File' -
Export all selected messages fields to an external file in XML format for offline analysis by an external tool - e.g. XML editor
o 'Export Payload to Wireshark' - (available only when using the LoWPAN plugin)
Export the payload of the selected messages to a .PCAP format file.
