Limitations

The Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player application works in the active window, so changing the windows during its operation may terminate the automatic capture

The Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player application is affected by forms and screens being opened or displayed by the Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer program. If any form or warning screen will pop up during its operation, the Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player application may terminate.

The Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player application uses some keyboard keys, so using the keyboard during its operation may cause it to terminate.

Moving the mouse should not affect the Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player’s operation, but switching windows or opening new windows will cause it to terminate

A single session of the Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player is allowed. If for any reason the a second instance of the Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player operates in parallel, the second instance will not recognize any connected USB dongles (these are used by the first Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player instance) and the Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player application may terminate.

Notes:
The Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer is a stand-alone program and does not depend on the Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player feature.
Although it is integrated within the Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer setup, the Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player is a separate application and thus it is not supposed to affect the Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer performance.
The Perytons™ Protocol Analyzer Player was successfully tested in Microsoft Windows XP and in Windows 7 environments.
